One of the ways Christopher Place provides quality of life for our residents and employees, as well as the success of our investors, is through active operation and management of all our properties. Through this hands-on approach, we stay connected to our communities, become involved with our residents, and remain partners with our employees. In this way, we can ensure that the interests of our residents and our investors are represented in all the decisions made at both the property and corporate levels.

Each of our properties occupies a unique and vital place in their local communities. We understand that the services we offer are important to our residents and their families and that we impact the quality of life and economies in the towns and cities where we do business. In each of these locations, we have built a team of staff members who know their community, know their residents, and understand the vital roles they play in the lives of families. Each team member plays a key role in our success, and we take care in selecting each individual. And at the end of each day, we can take pride in our team and the difference we make by providing high-quality, caring services with a personal touch.

Our mission is guided by one clear and uncomplicated principle: service to our residents. We are privileged to serve individuals who have led rich lives—raising families, running businesses, inventing, teaching, creating art and music, starring on film and stage, setting records, leading, following, working, playing, laughing, and crying. Each one brings with them a treasure of experiences and knowledge—and also an array of needs and desires. We consider it an honor that they have entrusted their care to us, and it is our goal to strive to fill their needs with kindness, compassion, and respect.
